Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5/28/2025
Welcome to Doctor Nobody. I believe privacy is a form of respect. This policy explains what information is collected here, how it's used, and how your trust is protected.
I’ll keep this clear, calm, and as brief as it can be.
1. What’s Collected
When you subscribe to Doctor Nobody, I collect:
Your email address
(Optional) Your name, if you choose to include it
No other personal information is required or gathered.
2. How Your Information Is Used
Your email is used to:
Send new posts and updates
Occasionally notify you of changes to the publication
(If enabled) deliver podcast episodes directly
That’s it. Your inbox will never be used for marketing fluff, and your information will never be sold or shared.
3. Third-Party Services
This publication may use trusted third-party tools, such as:
Substack, for email delivery and content management
Spotify / Apple Podcasts, for audio playback
Embedded tools, like Instagram posts or music players
These platforms have their own privacy policies. While I link only to platforms I trust, I encourage you to read their terms directly if you're concerned.
4. Cookies & Analytics
Substack may collect non-personal data via cookies (e.g., browser type, country, open rates) to help improve performance. I do not personally track or analyze you, your habits, or your location beyond what Substack provides in its dashboard.
There are no pixels, ads, or creepy trackers lurking here. Just stories.
5. Unsubscribing
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of any email. It’s fast, easy, and doesn’t require an explanation.
You’re always welcome to return.
6. Data Security
Substack takes care of storing your data securely. I never download or transfer your data outside of their system. Passwords, payment info (if subscriptions are ever enabled), and personal details are managed entirely through their encrypted infrastructure.
7. Your Rights
If you ever want to know what information is stored about you—or if you want it deleted entirely—reach out and I’ll do my best to help or direct you to Substack support.
This is your inbox. You remain in control.
8. Changes to This Policy
If things change here, I’ll let you know. A new update date will always be posted at the top.
Thank you for trusting me with your time, your attention, and your presence. This is slow work, quiet work—and I honor the privacy that allows it to exist.
